• A large cauliflower head

• ¾ cups of almonds (ground)

• 1 ½ cups of dried oregano

• Sea salt to taste

• Black pepper to taste

• 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds

Preparation;

Wash your cauliflower to remove any bacteria then let it dry

Soak Chia seeds in water for 30 minutes
