What you will need;
- ½ frozen banana (partially thawed)
- ¼ cup of coconut milk
- ½ cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
- ¾ teaspoons flax seed meal (ground flaxseed)
- ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
Blend everything together until smooth.
