Ingredients
- Handful of Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons of Ground Flaxseeds
- Handful of chard (or spinach )
- Fresh ginger
- 1 Banana
- Water
Preparation is as simple as adding all the ingredients to a blender and processing until you get smooth consistency.
