Smoothies are thick, creamy beverages usually blended from vegetables, fruits, nuts, or seeds. They have become an increasingly popular wellness trend and considered a health food.

The most basic smoothie starts with two essential ingredients — a base and a liquid. From there, you can add anything else you like in your drink. We are going to make Moringa smoothie today and here is what you will need;

Ingredients;

 Add 1 teaspoon Moringa leaf powder,

1 banana,

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks,

½ cup blueberries,

1 orange  

1 cup coconut water (or filtered water)

Mix, grind and blend until you get a smooth consistency
