The Green Virgin Smoothie
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 A cup of Almond Milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 Red Apple
- 1 A cup of Chopped Kale ( the ribs)
- 1 Cup of Spinach
- 1 Tsp of Farmsyde Moringa Powder
- A few ice cubes and water
Moringa Smoothie
- ½ Cup Mango, Raspberries, Blueberries (each)
- 1 Tsp of Farmsyde Moringa Powder
- 1 sp of Powdered Peanut Butter (Optional)
- 1 A cup of Roughly Chopped Kale (without the ribs)
- 1 Cup of Spinach
- 1 Tsp of Organic Farmsyde Chia & Farmsyde Organic Flaxseed
- 1 A cup of Orange Juice
The Moringa Banana Ginger Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- ½ Cup of your favorite Yogurt
- 4 grams of Moringa Powder
- 1 Tsp of Honey
- ¼ Cup of Fresh Grated Ginger
- Water and a few ice cubes
