All orders placed before 11:00 am will be shipped same day. For customers in Nairobi, they will expect to receive the items within 24 hours. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped next day. For products shipped outside Nairobi, we use courier and shuttle services. For the rest of the country, we aim to deliver the products as quickly as possible. We will ship within 24 hours. We us third party service providers to transport the products to you. This process can take up to 3 days before the products arrive at your selected pick up destination. If a product is out of stock or running low in our warehouse, we will communicate ahead of time and agree on the expected delivery times.
